Michael J. Devlin

Michael is one of the two founding members of the firm. He started practicing in Hartford in 1971. From 1975 to 1977, he served as a public defender in Superior Court G.A. 19 in Rockville. Currently, his practice is concentrated on criminal, motor vehicle and personal injury law, as well as medical malpractice and divorce/custody.

Kerry A. Tarpey

Kerry was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1992 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1993. She joined the firm in 2000. She handles divorces, legal separations and custody cases. Kerry also serves as a guardian ad litem for minor children in divorce proceedings and as an attorney for minor children. Kerry's other areas of practice include civil litigation, bank representation, real estate matters, and probate court matters.
